Ingredients:
✅ 1 lb shrimp (peeled & deveined)
✅ 2 medium zucchini (spiralized into noodles)
✅ 2 tbsp butter (or olive oil)
✅ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
✅ ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
✅ 1 tbsp lemon juice
✅ ½ tsp Italian seasoning
✅ Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1️⃣ Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
2️⃣ Add shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove shrimp from the pan.
