These Spinach and Feta Pinwheels are the perfect savory snack for any occasion. With a flaky puff pastry exterior and a rich, tangy filling, they come together quickly and are always a crowd-pleaser. Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

  • Prepare the filling: Sauté spinach in olive oil for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Let it cool slightly, then mix in the crumbled feta.
