Ingredients
- 12 pre-made phyllo pastry shells (or wonton wrappers)
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- ½ cup canned artichoke hearts, diced
- ½ cup cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking tray.
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, and artichokes until well combined.
- Fill Shells: Spoon the mixture into the phyllo shells, filling each generously.
- Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the shells are golden brown.
