Ingredients

  • 12 pre-made phyllo pastry shells (or wonton wrappers)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup canned artichoke hearts, diced
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat Oven: Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange phyllo shells on a baking tray.
  2. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, and artichokes until well combined.
  3. Fill Shells: Spoon the mixture into the phyllo shells, filling each generously.
  4. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and the shells are golden brown.
  5. Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Note:

For added flavor, mix a pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes into the filling.
