Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup almond flour or breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 medium zucchini, spiralized
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce (low-sugar)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Prepare Meatballs: In a bowl, mix ground turkey, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Roll into 12-16 meatballs.
