Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 2 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
