These Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are the perfect guilt-free indulgence! With rich, dark chocolate and a creamy peanut butter center, they’re easy to make and ideal for a sweet treat or snack. Best of all, they’re dairy-free, gluten-free, and totally delicious!
Ingredients

1 cup dark vegan chocolate chips

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons coconut oil

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt (optional for garnish)
Directions

Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

Line a muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each, spreading it evenly to coat the bottom.

Mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a bowl, then spoon a small dollop onto the chocolate layer in each liner.

Pour the remaining melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling to cover completely.
