These Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups are the perfect guilt-free indulgence! With rich, dark chocolate and a creamy peanut butter center, they’re easy to make and ideal for a sweet treat or snack. Best of all, they’re dairy-free, gluten-free, and totally delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark vegan chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt (optional for garnish)

Directions

  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.

  • Line a muffin tin with paper liners and spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each, spreading it evenly to coat the bottom.
