Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder (vegan)
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Dark chocolate for drizzling
Directions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Press the mixture into an 8×8-inch pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over the top.
