These vegan peanut butter protein bars are the perfect snack for a quick energy boost or post-workout treat. Packed with plant-based protein, oats, and creamy peanut butter, they’re both delicious and nutritious. With a touch of dark chocolate on top, they satisfy your sweet cravings while keeping you fueled throughout the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vegan)
  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Dark chocolate for drizzling

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix peanut butter, protein powder, rolled oats, and maple syrup until well combined.
