1/4 cup peanut butter, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sriracha

1 bell pepper, 1 carrot (julienned), 2 green onions (sliced)

Crushed peanuts, red chili slices, and cilantro for garnish

Cook Noodles: Boil rice noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
