- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Optional: Fresh parsley and lemon wedges for garnish
Directions
- Prepare the marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper.
